and Grievances about a Certified
Managed Care Nurse or Professional
Complaints
should be mailed to the American Board of Managed Care
Nursing using a formal, detailed, and signed letter clearly
explaining the issue as well as any supporting
documentation. Please state contact information for yourself
and the individual that you are reporting including full
names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
The American Board of Managed Care Nursing’s Board of
Directors will review all complaints and decide what action,
if any, to take against the certified managed care nurse or
professional. The Board of Directors will respond to
complainants in a timely manner, which can take several
months.
