DescriptionEarly detection and timely treatment of prostate cancer can greatly improve both survival rates and quality of life. With the advancement and complexity of different treatment options, clinicians are being challenged to quickly diagnose prostate cancer, it's corresponding stage, and provide the correct treatment options that are available to patients. Treatments are evolving so quickly for prostate cancer patients, and it is becoming more and more difficult for clinicians, medical directors and nurses to keep up with the latest options that might be available for their patient populations. Continuing education about prostate cancer is key in keeping these healthcare professionals up to date on both agents that are available now, and those that will become available in the near future.
